We received our tickets via istanbul tourist pass ( with a defunct app) once you get escorted to the top floor the views are fantastic we were able to see all four directions from the building. The only downside was everyone uses the area as a place to take a smoke break (can you say second hand smoke cancer) But what can you do it's the culture here. It's worth seeing

If you want to see Istanbul from a completely different angle, this is the place. At 236 meters high, the view stretches across both sides of the city. It’s one of those experiences that really sticks with you.
It’s in the Levent district, one of Istanbul’s busiest and most modern areas. The building is hard to miss.
The deck is open every day from 10:00 in the morning until 20:30 in the evening. It’s inside a shopping mall, so before or after your visit, you can grab a bite, check out the shops or just hang around.
You’ll be standing 236 meters above the ground. That’s high enough to see most of the city and even beyond on a clear day.
