Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour time in front of the Fountain of Sultan Ahmed III, which is right in front of the main entrance gate (Bab-ı Hümayun) of Topkapi Palace.
Your guide, holding a white flag with the Istanbul Tourist Pass® and istanbul.com logos, will meet you and walk with you to Topkapi Palace (just 1 minute away).
This museum cannot be visited without a guide.
Each guest will receive an audio guide app to use on their own device.
Children must present a valid passport at the entrance for age verification.

The museum has no Wi-Fi; an internet connection is required for the initial download.
