Your guide will be waiting with a white flag with the Istanbul Tourist Pass® and istanbul.com logos for easy recognition. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.
The guided part of the tour is in English, while the audio guide is offered in 25 languages.
Download the audio guide before your visit, as there is no Wi-Fi inside. The first download requires internet and browser cookies enabled, but afterward, it works offline.
All visitors must pass through security checks, and lines may be longer during busy hours.
Children under 5 enter for free; older children must show a valid passport at the entrance.
The cistern has a very humid atmosphere, and water may drip from the ceiling, so keep your devices safe.
